Are you structured, driven, and have expertise in drawing management, CAD, and BIM? Then we have an exciting role as a drawing coordinator for you!

The position is located within the property management department. We are responsible for meeting the local needs of Region Örebro County and planning investment and maintenance projects. We manage everything from energy, environment, rents, property agreements, property information, parking to fire and safety issues. We manage over 500,000 m2 of owned premises and about 150 contracts for rented premises. Today, we are 15 employees who together contribute to developing Region Örebro County's premises for the future.

The property area is responsible for the management, operation, and construction of Region Örebro County's properties, approximately 500,000 m2. Our main task is to care for our properties and ensure that the premises are functional and purposeful. We do this through operational and technical adaptation or by creating new premises or buildings. Our tenants are primarily healthcare operations, which means a high technical complexity and demands on connections, functionality, and flows.

Together, we are about 140 employees, both younger and more experienced. Our employees are driven, engaged, and have a high technical competence. With us, you will meet people who help each other and have a good cohesion.

Regionservice works with service to Region Örebro County's operations. We have many different tasks and expertise in areas such as IT, property, food, cleaning, logistics, care-related services, medical technology, support, procurement, archiving, and administration. You are one of our two drawing coordinators who work with all kinds of questions related to our property information and our drawing archive. You work closely with our internal staff and also have daily contact with consultants and contractors regarding drawing issues.

The job responsibilities include, among other things, that you

• Specify which drawings and models should be prepared and delivered in new, renovation, and reconstruction projects
• Together with your colleague, be responsible for Region Örebro County's CAD manual
• Provide drawing materials to external consultants and contractors
• Ensure and control the delivery of information after completed projects
• Provide internal support regarding CAD/BIM to the project organization
• Ensure that our drawing archive is updated and accessible
• Actively develop our drawing and information management
• Be engaged in national and regional networks and collaborations within CAD/BIM issues

From January 2025, we will be located in newly renovated premises in central Örebro.

You should have a university or college degree with a relevant focus or experience that we consider equivalent. You should have experience/education in information management and a good knowledge of relevant systems and concepts. You should have a very high digital competence.

If you also have experience in similar work and information architecture, information security, and/or have worked with information management in larger construction projects, it is advantageous.

As a person, you are meticulous and systematic. You are good at communicating and collaborating. You are service-oriented, see solutions, and can independently drive development issues forward in the area.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

You express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. A B driver's license is a requirement.
